Ms. Akshita Gupta is a counselling psychologist who works seamlessly across age groups, from children and teenagers to adults and parents navigating midlife transitions. She specializes in helping individuals heal from trauma, relationship challenges, identity struggles, grief, and burnout with warmth, empathy, and depth.
With a Master’s in Applied Psychology (Clinical and Counselling Practice) from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, Akshita offers therapy that is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and deeply relational. Guided by a relational psychodynamic framework, she explores how early experiences and attachment patterns shape emotional and behavioral responses,while prioritizing client safety, agency, and collaboration.
Akshita also supports clients struggling with complex trauma, adverse life experiences, low self-worth, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, relationship conflicts, and burnout.
