Therapy Style (in her words)

“Therapy, for me, is a balance of warmth and direction. I believe healing happens when insight meets action.

Whether you’re navigating trauma, grief, relationship struggles, or emotional overwhelm, I aim to help you find clarity and build resilience—at your own pace, in your own way.

It’s not about fixing who you are, but about helping you remember who you’ve always been.”
