About Ms. Bhavya
Ms. Bhavya Sekhri is a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive counselling psychologist who works with adult individuals, couples, adolescents, and parents. She creates a warm, reflective, and emotionally safe space where clients can better understand themselves, their emotions, and their relationship patterns.
With a Master’s in Counselling from The University of Queensland, Australia, Bhavya supports individuals struggling with attachment wounds, early childhood experiences, anxiety, low self-esteem, shame, emotional overwhelm, and relationship difficulties. Her work focuses on helping clients understand how past experiences continue to shape their present life and relationships.
Bhavya also works with adolescents and neurodivergent individuals, including those navigating ADHD,trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, social challenges, sensory overwhelm, and identity-related concerns. Her approach is neurodivergence-affirming, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s needs. In couples work, she supports partners dealing with emotional distance, communication issues, conflict, trust concerns, infidelity, and major life transitions such as marriage, parenthood, and fertility-related stress.
As an accredited Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) provider, Bhavya also works with parents navigating behavioural concerns, anxiety in children, emotional regulation, habit formation, and parent-child communication.
