About Ms. Vidhi

Ms. Vidhi Sharma is a trauma-informed psychotherapist offering neurodiversity- and queer-affirmative care. With over 2,000 hours of clinical experience, she has worked with more than 400 adults across diverse age groups, supporting them through a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges.

She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, where she specialised in Couples and Family Therapy. Vidhi is trained in trauma-informed clinical interventions and brings a relational, supportive, and trauma-focused approach to her work.

Vidhi works with individuals navigating trauma, adverse childhood experiences, anxiety, depression, low self-worth, perfectionism, burnout, work-related stress, and life transitions. She also supports clients dealing with relationship conflicts, family dynamics, attachment wounds, emotional overwhelm, and difficulties with identity and belonging.

Her work is especially supportive for neurodivergent and queer individuals who may be navigating masking, emotional regulation difficulties, self-acceptance, relationship challenges, or experiences of feeling misunderstood.

Vidhi’s therapeutic approach is deeply collaborative and informed by an Internal Family Systems (IFS) lens, helping clients understand and work with different parts of themselves with more curiosity and compassion.

She believes therapy should feel like a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace. Her style is warm, reflective, and empathetic, with a focus on helping people build self-awareness, resilience, and healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

Therapy Style (in her words)

“Therapy, for me, is about creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without pressure, judgment, or the need to have everything figured out.

I believe healing happens when we can begin to understand ourselves with more compassion, especially the parts of us that have been carrying pain, fear, or overwhelm for a long time.

My hope is that therapy helps you feel more connected to yourself, more understood in your relationships, and more able to move through life with greater clarity and ease. ”
