About Mr. Rahul Sharma
Mr. Rahul Sharma is a clinical psychologist trained in evidence-based psychotherapy, with experience across clinical, academic, and community mental-health settings. He holds an RCI-accredited M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology.
Rahul approaches therapy as a structured, collaborative process, one where clarity, psychological understanding, and consistent practice lead to meaningful change. He believes distress is not random or irrational, but patterned. When these patterns are understood, they can be worked with, regulated, and gradually transformed.
Rather than offering vague reassurance or surface-level coping, Rahul helps clients make sense of how and why their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours repeat. His work focuses on building insight, strengthening emotional regulation, and translating understanding into concrete skills that can be applied in daily life.
He works with individuals and couples navigating mood and anxiety concerns, obsessive–compulsive patterns, stress and burnout, behavioural addictions, relationship difficulties, body-image concerns, and emotional or developmental dysregulation. Sessions are intentionally paced for emotional safety, while still remaining goal-oriented and measurable.
Rahul brings together strong clinical training and research insight with a practical, grounded therapeutic style. His role, as he sees it, is to help clients develop psychological flexibility, reduce distress, and move toward sustainable well-being through structured, evidence-based work.
